KESTEREN – In early December, Vlastuin installed a new Bystronic angle bender. With this, the system supplier is consciously investing in reducing throughput times. ‘Shortening the throughput time is important, because it enables us to respond to fluctuations in the market with even greater flexibility. Simultaneously, with the aid of this angle bender we can produce U profiles that are 15 cm thick and up to 7 metres in length with extreme accuracy.

In June the Vlastuin Group opened its new assembling hall, and at the moment the construction of a new logistics hall in Kesteren is in its final stages.

KESTEREN – At the Panhuis industrial site in Kesteren, on Thursday afternoon Mayor Kees Veerhoek opened a new Vlastuin Group production site. Through these new premises being put into use, the metal supplier will integrate four different industrial sites (including D-TEC) at just one location.

A new variant of the Burgers D-TEC BD City Dolly has been shown at the open days at Burgers Carosserie in Aalsmeer (NL) on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 May.
